DRIVER'S INSURANCE WITH GREEN CARD

COVERAGE

Green card policy covers the responsibility of the motoric vehicle driver, for (material or non material) damages, caused to the third parties during the circulation outside Albanian territory.
The insurance price (premium) is approved by the Order of Ministry of Finance. Actually, are in force the determined prices by the Order No. 70, dated 20.07.2007 shown below:

CLAIM DOCUMENTS

• Insurance policy
• Road Circulation Policy charge sheet of the accident’s place
• The declaration of who caused the damages;
• The declaration of who endured the damages
• The expert evaluation for the vehicle and healthy damages, if there is any, etc;
• Doctor’s report for the health damages.
